When my children were young, I used to love planning their themed birthday parties. As they grew and became involved in sports and other activities, I returned to work and drifted away from it. A few years ago, I helped create the centerpieces for my nephew’s wedding and it made me realize how much I missed using the creative side of my brain. I have worked in accounting for over 25 years, using the analytical side of my brain every day. Now with my children grown and myself working only part time, I can use those creative juices again. I am easily inspired and love to create beautiful items from everyday things. Creating custom and themed wreaths is one of favorite things to do and it brings me such joy to put a smile on my customer’s faces.
